What Gets Captured
Every time your AI agent handles a call, the following are generated automatically:
- Full call transcript — a word-for-word record of the entire conversation
- AI call summary — a short summary of what the call was about
- AI-generated next steps — actions your team should take after the call
- Key data points — specific information extracted from the call (e.g. patient name, appointment date, reason for call)
You do not need to set anything up — this happens automatically on every call.

Dashboard → Calls → Select a Call → Transcript
- Log in to your HuskyVoice.AI dashboard
- Click Calls in the left menu
- Select any call from the list
- Click the Transcript tab to read the full conversation
