What Gets Captured

Every time your AI agent handles a call, the following are generated automatically:

  • Full call transcript — a word-for-word record of the entire conversation
  • AI call summary — a short summary of what the call was about

Where to Find Transcripts

Dashboard → Calls → Select a Call → Transcript

  1. Log in to your HuskyVoice.AI dashboard
  2. Click Calls in the left menu
  3. Select any call from the list
  4. Click the Transcript tab to read the full conversation
