You can manage all your team members from the Organization Users section in HuskyVoice.AI.
Where to Find It
Users
What You Can Do
From the Organization Users page, you can:
- Invite new users — Click Invite User to add a team member
- Search for users — Use the search bar to find a member by name or email
- View team details — See each member's name, email, phone number, role, and when they joined
- Edit a user — Update their role or contact details from the Actions column
- Remove a user — Remove a team member's access from the Actions column
Keeping Your Team Up to Date
- Remove users who have left the organization so they no longer have access
- Update roles when responsibilities change
- Review your team list regularly to make sure access is accurate
