You can manage all your team members from the Organization Users section in HuskyVoice.AI.

What You Can Do

From the Organization Users page, you can:

  • Invite new users — Click Invite User to add a team member
  • Search for users — Use the search bar to find a member by name or email
  • View team details — See each member's name, email, phone number, role, and when they joined
  • Edit a user — Update their role or contact details from the Actions column
  • Remove a user — Remove a team member's access from the Actions column

Keeping Your Team Up to Date

  • Remove users who have left the organization so they no longer have access
  • Update roles when responsibilities change
  • Review your team list regularly to make sure access is accurate
