HuskyVoice.AI keeps your data and workspace secure through access controls, role-based permissions, and enterprise-grade security features.

Access Control

Access in HuskyVoice.AI is managed through roles. Each team member is assigned a role when they are invited, which controls what they can see and do.

  • Only Superadmins can change billing, workspace settings, and manage all users
  • Admins can manage campaigns, agents, and team members
  • Members can access call data and campaigns assigned to them

Data Security

  • All call recordings and transcripts are stored securely
  • Access to call data is limited to members of your workspace
  • You can remove user access at any time from Organization Users

Enterprise Security Features

If you are on the Enterprise plan, additional security controls are available:

  • Advanced Access Controls — Granular permissions for teams and data
  • Audit Support — Review user activity and changes in your workspace
