Roles & Access

HuskyVoice.AI uses roles to control what each team member can see and do in the workspace.

Available Roles

RoleWhat They Can Do
SuperadminFull access — manage users, settings, billing, and all data
AdminManage campaigns, agents, contacts, and team members
MemberView and manage assigned campaigns and call data

Roles are assigned when you invite a user and can be updated from Users → Actions.

Changing a User's Role

  1. Go to Users
  2. Find the user in the table
  3. Click Actions next to their name
  4. Update their role and save
