Roles & Access
HuskyVoice.AI uses roles to control what each team member can see and do in the workspace.
Available Roles
| Role | What They Can Do |
|---|---|
| Superadmin | Full access — manage users, settings, billing, and all data |
| Admin | Manage campaigns, agents, contacts, and team members |
| Member | View and manage assigned campaigns and call data |
Roles are assigned when you invite a user and can be updated from Users → Actions.

Changing a User's Role
- Go to Users
- Find the user in the table
- Click Actions next to their name
- Update their role and save
