Admin Controls

Admins and Superadmins in HuskyVoice.AI can manage the workspace, team members, and key settings.

What Admins Can Do​

Manage Users​

Go to Organization Users to:

  • Invite new team members
  • Update roles and contact details
  • Remove users who no longer need access

Manage Agents​

Go to Dashboard → Agents to:

  • Create and configure AI agents
  • Update agent instructions and voice settings
  • Test agents before launching campaigns

Manage Campaigns​

Go to Dashboard → Campaigns to:

  • Create and run campaigns
  • Monitor campaign progress
  • View call outcomes

Manage Integrations​

Go to Integrations to:

  • Connect Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp, or email
  • Set up webhooks and API connections

Superadmin-Only Access​

Superadmins have full control over the workspace, including:

  • Billing — View and manage your plan and usage
  • Workspace Settings — Configure workspace-wide preferences
  • Phone Numbers — Purchase and manage phone numbers
