Troubleshooting

Common issues with scheduled calls and how to fix them.

No Calls Showing in Scheduled Calls

Problem: The Scheduled Calls page shows 0 across all tabs.

Check these:

  • Calls only appear here after being scheduled via the API or Postman — if no API request was sent, there will be nothing in the queue
  • Try changing the date filter to All — calls outside the default 7-day view may be hidden
  • Check the Campaign Name or ID filter is not limiting the results

Call Is in Queue but Nothing Happens

Problem: A call is showing as Queued but it has not been made.

Why this happens:

  • Queued calls do not go out automatically — you need to press the Play button to start the call

Fix: Go to Dashboard → Scheduled Calls, find the call, and click Play.

Call Shows as Failed

Problem: A call was played but shows as Failed.

Check these:

  • The contact's phone number may be incorrect or unreachable
  • The phone may have been switched off at the time of the call
  • To try again, create a new campaign with the same contact number

Cannot Find a Specific Call

Problem: You cannot find a call in the Scheduled Calls list.

How to fix:

  • Use the Campaign Name or ID filter to search for the specific campaign
  • Change the date filter to All or Custom to widen the search
  • Check if the call was already Completed or Removed

Removed a Call by Mistake

Problem: You removed a call and need to make it again.

Unfortunately, removed calls cannot be recovered. To make the call again:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Campaigns
  2. Create a new campaign
  3. Import the contact's number
  4. Run the campaign
