Schedule a Call
Calls are scheduled through the API or Postman — not from the dashboard directly. Once scheduled, they appear in the Scheduled Calls section where you can play or remove them.
How to Schedule a Call via API / Postman
Use the HuskyVoice.AI API to schedule a call by sending a request with the following details:
- Contact phone number — the number to call (with country code)
- Agent — which AI agent should make the call
- Scheduled time — when the call should go out
- Campaign — which campaign this call belongs to
Once the request is sent successfully, the call appears in Dashboard → Scheduled Calls with a Queued status.

Playing a Scheduled Call
Once a call is in the queue, you start it by clicking the Play button:
Dashboard → Scheduled Calls → Find the Call → Play
The AI agent will make the call immediately when you press Play.
Want to Call Again?
If you need to call the same contact again, there is no reschedule option. You will need to:
- Go to Dashboard → Campaigns
- Create a new campaign
- Import the contact's number
- Run the campaign
