Recurring Calls
Recurring calls are scheduled repeatedly using the API or Postman. Each occurrence appears in the Scheduled Calls queue and can be played or removed individually.
How Recurring Calls Work
Recurring calls are set up via the HuskyVoice.AI API — you define the contact, agent, and how often the call should repeat. Each scheduled occurrence shows up in Dashboard → Scheduled Calls as a separate queued call.

Playing a Recurring Call
Each call in the queue needs to be started manually by pressing Play:
Dashboard → Scheduled Calls → Find the Call → Play
Removing a Recurring Call
To remove a specific occurrence, click Remove next to that call in the queue.
To stop all future recurring calls, update or stop the recurring schedule from the API or Postman side.
Want to Make the Call Again?
If you need to re-run a call that was already completed or failed:
- Go to Dashboard → Campaigns
- Create a new campaign
- Import the contact's number
- Run the campaign
