Scheduled Calls

The Scheduled Calls section shows all calls that have been scheduled via the API or Postman. From here, you can play (start) a scheduled call or remove it.

What You See

At the top you will see a count of all your scheduled calls by status:

Filtering Your Calls

You can filter the list to find specific calls:

  • Campaign Name or ID — search for calls from a specific campaign
  • 7 Days — show calls from the last 7 days
  • 30 Days — show calls from the last 30 days
  • All — show all scheduled calls
  • Custom — pick a specific date range

How Calls Are Scheduled

Calls are scheduled using the API or Postman — not from the dashboard directly. Once scheduled, they appear here in the queue ready to be played.
