Scheduled Calls
The Scheduled Calls section shows all calls that have been scheduled via the API or Postman. From here, you can play (start) a scheduled call or remove it.

What You See
At the top you will see a count of all your scheduled calls by status:
| Tab | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| All | Every scheduled call |
| Queued | Calls waiting to be started |
| Completed | Calls that have been made successfully |
| Failed | Calls that could not connect |
Filtering Your Calls
You can filter the list to find specific calls:
- Campaign Name or ID — search for calls from a specific campaign
- 7 Days — show calls from the last 7 days
- 30 Days — show calls from the last 30 days
- All — show all scheduled calls
- Custom — pick a specific date range
How Calls Are Scheduled
Calls are scheduled using the API or Postman — not from the dashboard directly. Once scheduled, they appear here in the queue ready to be played.
