Cancel a Call

If a scheduled call is no longer needed, you can remove it from the queue before it is played. Once removed, the call will not be made.

How to Remove a Scheduled Call

Dashboard → Scheduled Calls → Find the Call → Remove

  1. Go to Dashboard → Scheduled Calls
  2. Find the call you want to remove
  3. Click Remove

The call is deleted from the queue and will not go out.


Things to Keep in Mind

  • Only Queued calls can be removed — Completed or Failed calls cannot be undone
  • Removing a call does not delete the contact — they remain in your Contacts & Leads list

Want to Make the Call Again?

If you removed a call by mistake or need to call the same contact again, there is no undo or reschedule option. You will need to:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Campaigns
  2. Create a new campaign
  3. Import the contact's number
  4. Run the campaign
