Common phone number issues and how to fix them.


Number Not Appearing After Purchase

Problem: You purchased a number but it is not showing in the Phone Numbers table.

Check these:

  • Refresh the page and check again — it may take a moment to appear
  • Make sure the purchase was completed successfully
  • If the number still does not appear after a few minutes, contact hello@huskyvoice.ai

Agent Not Answering Inbound Calls

Problem: Customers are calling your number but the agent is not picking up.

Check these:

  • Go to Dashboard → Phone Numbers and confirm the number is assigned to an agent
  • Go to Dashboard → Agents and confirm the agent is published and active — a draft agent will not answer calls
  • Make a Test Call from the agent to verify it is working

Outbound Calls Not Going Out from the Correct Number

Problem: Outbound campaign calls are not showing your business number as the caller.

Check these:

  • Confirm the number is correctly assigned to the agent used in the campaign
  • Go to Dashboard → Phone Numbers → Assign Agent and verify the assignment

Call Drops or Poor Quality

Problem: Calls on your number are dropping or have poor audio quality.

Check these:

  • Check the customer's network — poor mobile signal can cause drops
  • Make sure your internet connection is stable if using the dashboard during calls
  • Contact hello@huskyvoice.ai if the issue happens consistently on all calls

Number Shows Wrong Country or Type

Problem: The country or type shown for your number looks incorrect.

Check these:

  • The country is set at the time of purchase and cannot be changed
  • If you need a number in a different country, purchase a new number and select the correct country
  • Contact support if the details look completely wrong
