Number Verification
After purchasing and assigning your number, it is important to verify that it is active and working correctly before going live with customers.
How to Check Your Number Is Active
Dashboard → Phone Numbers
Your number will appear in the Your Phone Numbers table. If it is listed there with a phone number, country, and type — it is active and ready to use.
How to Test Your Number
The quickest way to verify your number works is to make a test call:
- Go to Dashboard → Agents
- Open the agent assigned to your number
- Click Test Call
- Enter your own phone number
- The agent will call you from your business number
If you receive the call and the agent responds correctly — your number is verified and working.
What to Check
- The call comes from your purchased business number
- The agent picks up and speaks correctly
- Both inbound and outbound calls work
