Number Management is where you view and manage all the phone numbers purchased for your business.
Where to Find It
Dashboard → Phone Numbers
Your Phone Numbers Table
All your purchased numbers are listed here:
| Column | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Phone Number | The full number with country code |
| Country | The country the number belongs to |
| Type | The type of number (e.g. Local) |
What You Can Do
- View all numbers — see every number purchased under your account
- Check number details — country and type for each number
- Assign or reassign an agent — change which agent is connected to a number
- Buy a new number — add another number if your plan allows
Checking How Many Numbers You Have
The top of the Phone Numbers page shows a count — for example: 1 number purchased. This helps you track your usage against your plan limit.
