In HuskyVoice.AI, contacts are the people your AI agent calls — and leads are contacts who have shown interest in your business. This section explains how to manage both.
What Is a Contact
A contact is anyone your AI agent can reach out to. Each contact has:
- A name
- A phone number
- A language preference (optional)
- Any extra notes or context
What Is a Lead
A lead is a contact who has expressed interest in your product or service. Each lead has a status that reflects where they are in your pipeline:

| New | Contact added, not yet called |
| Qualified | Showed interest during the call |
| Attempting Contact | Being reached — calls in progress |
| Contracted | Agreement or contract in place |
| Demo Scheduled | Demo has been booked |
| In Evaluation | Customer is considering your offer |
| Closed-Won | Successfully converted |
| Closed-Lost | Did not convert |
| Nurture | Not ready now — kept for future follow-up |
