Lead Segmentation

Lead segmentation means organising your leads into groups based on where they are in your pipeline. You can filter your contacts by status to focus on the right people at the right time.

Lead Statuses

Each contact has a status that reflects their current stage:

Where to View Your Segmented Leads

Dashboard → Contacts & Leads → Filter by Status

  1. Go to Contacts & Leads
  2. Use the Status filter to view leads by status separately
  3. Click on any lead to see the full call transcript and what was said
