Lead Segmentation
Lead segmentation means organising your leads into groups based on where they are in your pipeline. You can filter your contacts by status to focus on the right people at the right time.
Lead Statuses
Each contact has a status that reflects their current stage:
| Status | What It Means | What to Do Next |
|---|---|---|
| New | Contact added, not yet called | Add to a campaign to start outreach |
| Attempting Contact | Being reached — calls in progress | Monitor call outcomes |
| Qualified | Showed interest during the call | Follow up immediately |
| Demo Scheduled | Demo has been booked | Confirm and prepare for the demo |
| In Evaluation | Customer is considering your offer | Follow up within a day or two |
| Contracted | Agreement or contract in place | Move to onboarding |
| Closed-Won | Successfully converted | Handoff to delivery or success team |
| Closed-Lost | Did not convert | Add to a reactivation campaign later |
| Nurture | Not ready now — kept for future follow-up | Add to a nurture campaign |
Where to View Your Segmented Leads
Dashboard → Contacts & Leads → Filter by Status
- Go to Contacts & Leads
- Use the Status filter to view leads by status separately
- Click on any lead to see the full call transcript and what was said
