Export Contacts
You can download your contact list from HuskyVoice.AI at any time — useful for backups, sharing with your team, or moving data to another tool.
How to Export Contacts
Dashboard → Contacts & Leads → Export
- Log in to your HuskyVoice.AI dashboard
- Go to Contacts & Leads
- Click Export
- Choose your filters (optional) — export all contacts or filter by status (e.g. Qualified, Nurture)
- Click Download
Your contact list will be downloaded as a CSV file.
What Is Included in the Export
The exported file includes:
| Column | What It Contains |
|---|---|
| Name | Contact's full name |
| Phone Number | Contact's phone number with country code |
| Language | Preferred language if set |
| Lead Status | New, Qualified, Attempting Contact, Demo Scheduled, In Evaluation, Contracted, Closed-Won, Closed-Lost, or Nurture |
| Notes | Any notes added to the contact |
| Created At | Date the contact was added |
Exporting Specific Groups
You can export just a specific segment of your contacts:
- Only Qualified leads — filter by Qualified before exporting
- Only contacts from a date range — filter by date added
- All contacts — no filter needed, just click Export
Sending Data Automatically to Other Tools
If you want your contact data to go to Google Sheets, your CRM, or another tool automatically — without manual exports — set up an integration:
Dashboard → Integrations
Supported tools: Google Sheets, CRM, n8n, Make, Webhooks, API.
