Contact Management

This page explains how to view, edit, and manage all your contacts in HuskyVoice.AI.

Where to Find Your Contacts

Dashboard → Contacts & Leads

All your contacts are listed here. You can see each contact's name, phone number, lead status, and when they were last contacted.


What You Can Do With a Contact

View a Contact

Click on any contact in the list to see their full details:

  • Name and phone number
  • Lead status (New, Qualified, Attempting Contact, Demo Scheduled, In Evaluation, Contracted, Closed-Won, Closed-Lost, Nurture)
  • Call history — all calls made to this contact
  • Call transcripts and summaries
  • Notes added to the contact

Edit a Contact

  1. Open the contact
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update the details — name, phone number, language, notes
  4. Click Save

Delete a Contact

  1. Open the contact
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm the deletion

Note: Deleting a contact removes them from your list but does not delete past call records.


Searching and Filtering Contacts

You can search for a specific contact or filter your list:

  • Search by name or phone number — type in the search bar at the top
  • Filter by lead status — show contacts filtered by status (e.g. Qualified, Nurture, Closed-Won)
  • Filter by date — see contacts added within a specific date range

Contact Call History

Every time your agent calls a contact, the call is logged automatically. To view a contact's call history:

  1. Open the contact
  2. Scroll to the Call History section
  3. Click on any call to see the recording, transcript, and summary
