Bulk Upload
If you have a large list of contacts — hundreds or thousands — you can upload them all at once using Bulk Upload. This saves you from adding contacts one by one.
How to Bulk Upload Contacts
Dashboard → Contacts & Leads → Import → Upload CSV
- Log in to your HuskyVoice.AI dashboard
- Go to Contacts & Leads
- Click Import
- Select Upload CSV
- Choose your CSV file
- Review the column mapping — make sure Name and Phone Number are matched correctly
- Click Upload
All contacts from the file will be added to your list at once.
Preparing Your CSV File
Before uploading, make sure your file is formatted correctly:

Tips for a clean upload:
- Save the file as .csv format (not .xlsx or .xls)
- Phone numbers must include the country code (+91 for India, +1 for US)
- Remove any blank rows in the file
- Remove duplicate phone numbers
- Do not include special characters in names
What Happens After Upload
Once the upload is complete:
- All contacts appear in your Contacts & Leads list
- You can add them to a campaign right away
- Contacts with missing or incorrect phone numbers will be flagged — fix and re-upload
Large Lists
If you are uploading a very large list (thousands of contacts), the upload may take a few minutes. Do not close the page while it is processing.
If the upload fails, check your file for formatting issues and try again.
