Appointment Settings
Appointment Settings is where you configure everything your AI agent needs to book appointments correctly — your availability, services, branches, team behaviour, and booking rules.

What's Inside
Appointment Settings has six sections:
Availability
Set your global calendar — the days and hours you are open for appointments. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
Services
Define what services your business offers. The agent uses this to understand what type of appointment a customer wants to book.
Branches
If your business has more than one location, add each branch here. The agent will ask the customer which branch they prefer and book accordingly.
Team & Assignment
Configure how the AI agent behaves during appointment booking:
- How many time slots to suggest
- Whether it can handle reschedule and cancellation requests
- Whether it asks for confirmation before booking
- The confirmation message shown to customers
- Whether to transfer to a human if it cannot handle a request
- Which team members can handle appointments
Booking Rules
Set the rules for how bookings work:
- Buffer time between appointments
- How far in advance customers can book
- Minimum notice required before a booking
- Cancellation notice period
- Whether to allow rescheduling, cancellation, and duplicate bookings
Appointment Types
Define the different types of appointments your business offers — for example, General Consultation, Follow-up, or Lab Test. The agent will use these when booking.
