Notification Settings control when and how customers are notified about their appointments — confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.

Types of Notifications

Booking Confirmation

Sent immediately after an appointment is booked. Lets the customer know their appointment is confirmed with all the details.

  • WhatsApp — instant message with appointment details
  • Email — confirmation email with date, time, and appointment type

Appointment Reminders

Sent before the appointment to remind the customer.

You can configure:

  • When to send — e.g. 24 hours before, 1 hour before
  • Channel — WhatsApp, email, or both
  • Message content — customise the reminder text

Reminder Call

Your AI agent can call the customer before the appointment as a reminder:

  • Set how many hours or days before the appointment the call goes out
  • The agent speaks naturally, confirms the appointment, and asks if the customer is still coming

Setting Up Notifications

  1. Go to Dashboard → Appointment Notification Settings
  2. Turn on the notifications you want to send
  3. Set the timing for each reminder
  4. Customise the message if needed
  5. Click Save

Connecting WhatsApp and Email

For WhatsApp and email notifications to work, you need to connect these channels first:

Dashboard → Integrations

Connect your WhatsApp business account and email provider to start sending notifications.
