Business Hours

Business hours tell HuskyVoice.AI when your business is open. The AI agent only offers appointment slots within these hours — customers cannot book outside of them.

Where to Find It

Dashboard → Appointment Availability

Business hours are part of your Availability settings.


How to Set Business Hours

  1. Go to Dashboard → Appointment Availability
  2. Select which days your business is open
  3. For each open day, set your opening time and closing time
  4. Click Save

Example:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

After-Hours Calls

If a customer calls outside your business hours, the AI agent will:

  • Let the customer know you are currently closed
  • Offer to take a message or schedule a callback
  • Not book any appointment slots outside your set hours

Holidays and Closures

To block out a specific date (like a public holiday or clinic closure):

  1. Go to Availability
  2. Add a Date Override for that specific date
  3. Mark it as Closed or set custom hours for that day

The agent will not offer slots on blocked dates.


Multiple Branches

If your business has multiple branches with different working hours, you can set separate hours for each branch in the Branches section.
