Availability Settings

Availability is your global calendar — it tells HuskyVoice.AI when you are open for appointments. The AI agent uses this to offer customers the correct time slots.

What You Can Configure

Open Days

Select which days of the week your business is open for appointments — Monday through Sunday. Toggle each day on or off.

Working Hours

For each open day, set the start and end time. For example: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Date Overrides

You can block out specific dates — for holidays, closures, or special events — so the agent does not offer slots on those days.


How This Connects to Bookings

When a customer calls and asks to book an appointment:

  1. The agent checks your Availability to find open slots
  2. It cross-checks with Booking Rules (advance booking limit, buffer time)
  3. It suggests up to 3 available time slots to the customer

If no slots are available on the requested date, the agent offers the next available time.


Tips

  • Keep your availability up to date — if you close early or take a holiday, update it here so customers are not offered unavailable slots
  • Set Buffer Time Between Appointments in Booking Rules to give yourself time between calls
  • If you have multiple branches, availability can be set per branch — see Branches in Appointment Settings
