What HuskyVoice Tells Your Tools After a Call
When you connect HuskyVoice.AI to an external tool, it can automatically send a notification every time something happens with a call. Each of these notifications is called an event.
You choose which events matter to you — and HuskyVoice only sends those.
The Events
| Event | When It Is Sent |
|---|---|
| Call Started | HuskyVoice begins dialling the customer |
| Call Answered | The customer picks up the phone |
| Call Completed | The call ended successfully — includes the summary and transcript |
| Call Failed | The call could not connect — customer was busy, did not answer, or there was an issue |
| Call Blocked | The call was stopped — for example, the number is on a Do Not Disturb list |
What Comes With a Completed Call
When a call completes, HuskyVoice sends your connected tool all of the following:
- Customer name and phone number
- How long the call lasted
- The full word-for-word transcript
- The AI-generated call summary
- The lead status (New, Qualified, etc.)
- Next steps for your team
- Any custom data points extracted from the conversation
Which Events Should You Use?
| What you want your tool to do | Event to use |
|---|---|
| Update your CRM after every completed call | Call Completed |
| Send a follow-up message when no one answers | Call Failed |
| Know when a number is blocked or restricted | Call Blocked |
| Track when calls start connecting | Call Answered |
How to Choose Your Events
When setting up your outbound webhook in Dashboard → Integrations → Webhook (Outbound), you can tick which events you want to receive. Only those will be sent to your tool.
