Something Went Wrong — What It Means

If a call does not trigger or a connection does not work, you or your connected tool will receive an error message. This page explains what each one means and what to do about it — in plain English.


Error Messages Explained

Permission deniedThe connection key does not have permission for this actionGenerate a new key from the Integrations page
Call or agent not foundThe call ID or agent ID is wrongCheck the IDs are correct — find agent IDs in Dashboard → Agents
Cannot cancel this callThe call has already started or finished — it cannot be cancelledNo action needed — the call has already completed
Wrong phone number formatThe phone number is not in the right formatMake sure the number starts with the country code (e.g. +91 for India)
Too many requestsToo many calls were triggered at onceWait a moment and try again — your tool should retry automatically

Most Common Issues

The phone number is being rejected

Make sure all phone numbers include the country code. For Indian numbers, the number must start with +91 followed by the 10-digit number. Example: +919876543210.

The connection stopped working

Your connection key may have changed. Get a fresh key from Dashboard → Integrations → API Key and update it in the tool that is connecting to HuskyVoice.

Credits ran out mid-campaign

Your account did not have enough credits to make the call. Top up from Dashboard → Top Up Credits and the calls will resume.
