Phone Number Issues
If calls are not going through, phone numbers are showing errors, or your number is not working as expected, use this guide.
Number Not Appearing After Purchase
Problem: You purchased a number but it is not showing in the Phone Numbers table.
Check these:
- Refresh the page and check again — it may take a moment to appear
- Make sure the purchase was completed successfully
- If the number still does not appear after a few minutes, contact hello@huskyvoice.ai
Phone Number Not Making Calls
Check these:
- Is the number assigned to an agent? Go to Dashboard → Phone Numbers and confirm the number is linked to an agent
- Does the agent have enough credits? Go to Dashboard → Billing — calls will not go out if credits are zero. Top up from Dashboard → Top Up Credits
- Is the number active? Contact the HuskyVoice.AI support team to verify
Inbound Calls Not Being Answered by the Agent
Check these:
- Is the phone number assigned to the correct agent? Go to Dashboard → Phone Numbers
- Is the agent published and active? A draft agent will not answer calls
- Is the agent within its configured business hours? Calls outside business hours may not be answered
- Go to Dashboard → Agents → Your Agent and check the business hours configuration
- Make a Test Call from the agent settings to verify it is working
Outbound Calls Not Showing Your Business Number
Problem: Outbound campaign calls are not showing your business number as the caller ID.
Check these:
- Confirm the number is correctly assigned to the agent used in the campaign
- Go to Dashboard → Phone Numbers and verify the assignment
Contact Numbers Showing as Invalid in a Campaign
What it usually means: The phone numbers in your contact list are not in the correct format.
What to do:
- All numbers must include the country code — for India: +91 followed by the 10-digit number
- Example of correct format: +919876543210
- Remove any spaces, dashes, or brackets from the number
- Re-upload the corrected contact list
Number Shows Wrong Country or Type
Check these:
- The country is set at the time of purchase and cannot be changed
- If you need a number in a different country, purchase a new number and select the correct country
- Contact support if the details look completely wrong
Number Showing on Customer's Phone Incorrectly
All HuskyVoice.AI numbers are dedicated Indian business numbers (TRAI-compliant). The number your customer sees is the number assigned to your account.
If you want a different number or need a number for a specific region, contact the HuskyVoice.AI support team.
