What is HuskyVoice.AI? HuskyVoice.AI is an AI-powered voice platform that automates phone calls for your business — handling inbound calls, running outbound campaigns, booking appointments, qualifying leads, and more.
What languages does HuskyVoice.AI support? HuskyVoice.AI supports 30+ languages including Hindi, English, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, and more. It also handles mixed-language conversations like Hinglish. See Supported Languages for the full list.
Can the AI agent handle real two-way conversations? Yes. The agent has natural, two-way conversations — it listens to what the customer says, understands the context, and responds accordingly. It is not a pre-recorded message or an IVR system.
Calls & Agents
Why are my calls showing as Failed? Calls fail when they cannot connect — the number may be unreachable, busy, switched off, or in an incorrect format. Make sure all numbers include the country code (e.g. +91 for India). See Phone Number Issues.
How many calls can run at the same time?

Can I listen to call recordings? Yes. Go to Dashboard → All Calls, find any call, and click Insights to listen to the recording and read the transcript.
Billing & Credits
How are credits used? 2 credits are consumed per minute of connected call time. Calls that do not connect (busy, no answer) do not use credits. See Usage Tracking.
Do unused credits roll over? Credits included in your monthly plan do not roll over. Top-up credits (purchased separately) are valid for 12 months.
What happens when credits run out? Calls will stop going out. Top up your credits from Dashboard → Top Up Credits to resume.
Integrations
How do I connect HuskyVoice.AI to my CRM or Google Sheets? Integrations are set up via the API and outbound webhooks. Contact the support team at hello@huskyvoice.ai to get this configured for your account.
Where do I find my API key and webhook URLs? Go to Dashboard → Integrations. From there you can access API Keys, Inbound Webhooks, and Outbound Webhook settings.
