CRM Sync Errors

If call data is not appearing in your CRM, Google Sheets, or other connected tool after calls are completed, use this guide to troubleshoot.


Data Not Appearing in CRM After Calls

Check these:

  • Has at least one call completed successfully? Data is only sent after a completed call — failed calls do not trigger an update
  • Go to Dashboard → All Calls and check the call status — if calls show as Failed, no data will be pushed
  • Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Webhooks and check if your outbound webhook is active and the endpoint URL is correct
  • Test your endpoint URL to confirm it is reachable and returning a success response

Data Sent But Not Showing in CRM

Check these:

  • Check if the data arrived at your webhook endpoint but failed to write to the CRM — this is usually a mapping or field mismatch issue in your integration
  • Verify that the field names in your CRM match what HuskyVoice.AI is sending
  • Contact the HuskyVoice.AI support team with details of your CRM and the fields you expect to receive

Google Sheets Not Updating

Check these:

  • If your Google Sheets integration uses Apps Script, check that the script is still deployed and active
  • Check if the webhook endpoint URL in HuskyVoice.AI still matches the deployed Apps Script URL — if the script was redeployed, the URL may have changed
  • Check the Apps Script execution logs for any errors

Webhook Showing as Failed in Integrations

Check these:

  • Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Webhooks and review the outbound webhook status
  • Confirm the endpoint URL is correct and accepting requests
  • If the endpoint has changed, update the URL in the webhook settings
