What Happens When an Appointment Is Booked​

When your AI agent books an appointment with a customer:

  • The appointment is automatically added to your connected calendar
  • The customer receives a confirmation
  • Your team can see the booking without checking HuskyVoice separately

What Gets Added to Your Calendar​

When an appointment is booked during a call:

  • Customer name and phone number
  • Appointment date and time
  • Notes from the conversation

How This Integration Works​

Calendar integration is set up via the HuskyVoice.AI API. When an appointment is booked, HuskyVoice sends the details to your configured endpoint, which creates the calendar event.
