What Happens When an Appointment Is Booked
When your AI agent books an appointment with a customer:
- The appointment is automatically added to your connected calendar
- The customer receives a confirmation
- Your team can see the booking without checking HuskyVoice separately
What Gets Added to Your Calendar
When an appointment is booked during a call:
- Customer name and phone number
- Appointment date and time
- Notes from the conversation
How This Integration Works
Calendar integration is set up via the HuskyVoice.AI API. When an appointment is booked, HuskyVoice sends the details to your configured endpoint, which creates the calendar event.
