Troubleshooting
This page covers the most common issues with campaigns and how to fix them.
Campaign Is Not Making Calls
Problem: You launched the campaign but no calls are going out.
Check these:
- Is the campaign status showing Active? If it shows Paused or Cancelled, resume or relaunch it
- Is the schedule set correctly? Calls only go out at the time you configured
- Are there contacts in the campaign? Go to the campaign and check if contacts are listed
- Is the agent assigned to the campaign? Open campaign settings and confirm an agent is selected
Contacts Showing as Failed
Problem: Some or all contacts in the campaign show Failed status.
Check these:
- Are the phone numbers in the correct format? Numbers must include the country code (e.g. +91 for India, +1 for US)
- Is the number active and reachable? Try calling it manually to confirm
- Remove duplicate numbers from your contact list and re-import
Agent Is Speaking in the Wrong Language
Problem: The agent is calling in a different language than expected.
Check these:
- Open your campaign settings and check the Language field
- Open the agent settings and confirm the correct language is set — see Speech Settings
- If the customer is speaking in a mixed language (Hinglish), make sure the agent supports it — see Supported Languages
Call Recording or Transcript Not Showing
Problem: You cannot find the recording or transcript for a call.
Check these:
- Go to Dashboard → All Calls and search for the call by date or phone number
- Click Insights on the call row to open the recording and transcript
- Check your plan — recordings are stored for 3 months on Base and 12 months on Professional
- If the call shows Failed status, the call did not connect so no recording will be available
Contacts Not Imported Correctly
Problem: Contacts are missing or showing incorrect details after import.
Check these:
- If using CSV — make sure the file has the correct columns: Name and Phone Number are required
- Phone numbers must include the country code — +91 9876543210 not 9876543210
- If using Google Sheets — check that the correct sheet and columns are mapped
- Remove any blank rows or extra spaces in the contact list and re-import
CRM or Integration Not Updating
Problem: Call results are not appearing in your CRM, Google Sheets, or connected tool.
Check these:
- Go to Dashboard → Integrations and confirm the connection is active
- Re-authenticate the integration if it shows as disconnected
- Check if the campaign has completed at least one call — integrations update after calls are made
- For n8n or Make — check your workflow is turned on and the trigger is configured correctly
Campaign Status Stuck or Not Updating
Problem: The campaign status is not changing even after calls are made.
Try this:
- Refresh the dashboard page
- Wait a few minutes and check again — status updates may take a short time
- If the issue persists, contact support
