Run a Campaign
Once your campaign is set up and your contacts are imported, you are ready to go live. This page walks you through launching your campaign and what to do while it is running.
Before You Launch — Quick Checklist
Make sure these are done before you hit launch:
- Campaign name and type are set
- AI agent is selected and configured
- Contacts are imported with correct phone numbers
- Language is set correctly for your audience
- Call schedule is set to the right time
- You have tested the campaign — see Campaign Testing
How to Launch Your Campaign
Dashboard → Campaigns → Your Campaign → Launch
- Log in to your HuskyVoice.AI dashboard
- Click Campaigns in the left menu
- Open the campaign you want to run
- Review the summary — contacts, agent, schedule
- Click Launch Campaign
Your campaign is now live. HuskyVoice.AI will start calling contacts automatically at the scheduled time.
What Happens While the Campaign Is Running
Once launched, everything runs automatically:
- The AI agent calls each contact on your list
- Every call is recorded and transcribed
- After each call, a summary and next steps are generated
- Your CRM or connected tool is updated with the outcome
- WhatsApp or email notifications are sent to customers if configured
You do not need to stay in the dashboard — the campaign runs on its own.
Monitoring Your Campaign
You can check how the campaign is doing at any time from the dashboard:
Dashboard → Campaigns → Your Campaign → Overview
Here you will see:
| What You Can See | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Calls Made | How many contacts have been called so far |
| Calls Answered | How many customers picked up |
| Calls Pending | Contacts yet to be called |
| Not Answered / Retry | Contacts who did not pick up — will be retried |
| Outcomes | Booked, Interested, Not Interested, No Answer |
Pausing or Stopping a Campaign
If you need to stop the campaign at any point:
- Pause — the campaign stops temporarily, no new calls go out. You can resume it later
- Stop — the campaign ends completely. Calls already made are saved
Dashboard → Campaigns → Your Campaign → Pause / Stop
What to Do After the Campaign Ends
Once all contacts have been called, HuskyVoice.AI gives you a full summary:
- Total calls made and outcomes
- Contacts who need a follow-up
- AI-generated next steps for your team
- All data pushed to your CRM or Google Sheets
