Import Contacts
Before your campaign can start making calls, you need to give HuskyVoice.AI a list of contacts to reach. This page explains the different ways you can bring your contacts in — choose whichever works best for you.
Ways to Import Contacts

Option 1 — Upload a CSV File
A CSV file is a simple spreadsheet that most tools can export. This is the quickest way to get started.
How to upload:
Dashboard → Campaigns → Your Campaign → Contacts → Upload CSV
- Open your campaign in the dashboard
- Go to the Contacts tab
- Click Upload CSV
- Select your file and upload
What your CSV should include:

Tip: Make sure phone numbers include the country code (e.g. +91 for India).
Option 2 — Google Sheets
If your contact list is in Google Sheets, HuskyVoice.AI can pull contacts from it automatically via the API. Contact the support team at hello@huskyvoice.ai to get this set up.
Option 3 — CRM Integration
If you manage your contacts in a CRM, HuskyVoice.AI can sync them automatically via the API. Contact the support team at hello@huskyvoice.ai to get this set up.
Option 4 — n8n or Make
If your contacts come from any other tool — a website form, a booking system, or any app — you can connect it using automation tools.

Option 5 — API / Webhook
For businesses with a development team, you can push contacts directly into HuskyVoice.AI using the API or set up a webhook to send contacts automatically when something happens in your system.

Things to Check Before Importing
- Phone numbers must include the country code (+91 for India, +1 for US)
- Remove any duplicate numbers from your list
- Make sure contacts have given consent to be called
- Double-check the language column if you want the agent to speak in a specific language
