Create a Campaign
A campaign in HuskyVoice.AI is a set of outbound calls your AI agent makes automatically to a list of contacts — for follow-ups, reminders, lead qualification, or reactivation. No manual dialling, no scheduling needed.
Types of Campaigns You Can Create
| Campaign Type | What It Does |

| Lead Follow-Up | Calls leads immediately after a form submission or ad signup |
| Lead Qualification | Asks questions and updates lead status based on the conversation |
| Appointment Reminder | Reminds customers about upcoming appointments |
| Missed Appointment | Calls back customers who did not show up |
| Post-Care Follow-Up | Checks in with customers after a service or treatment |
| Reactivation | Re-engages cold or dormant leads |
Before You Start
Make sure you have the following ready:
- A list of contacts to call (name, phone number, language preference)
- An AI agent set up and configured — see Agents Overview
- A clear goal for the campaign — what should the agent say and what outcome do you want?
How to Create a Campaign
Dashboard → Campaigns → New Campaign
- Log in to your HuskyVoice.AI dashboard
- Click Campaigns in the left menu
- Click New Campaign
- Fill in the campaign details:
- Campaign Name — give it a clear name (e.g. "May Appointment Reminders")
- Campaign Type — choose from the types listed above
- Agent — select which AI agent will make the calls
- Language — choose the language or allow auto-detection
- Import your contacts — upload a file or connect your CRM
- Set your schedule — choose when the calls should go out
- Click Launch Campaign
Importing Contacts
You can bring in your contact list from:
- CSV file upload — export from any spreadsheet or system
- HubSpot — sync leads directly
- Salesforce — pull contacts automatically
- LinkedIn Ads — import campaign signups
- Google Ads — follow up on form leads
- n8n / Make — connect any tool via automation

What Happens After You Launch
Once a campaign is live, HuskyVoice.AI:
- Calls each contact on your list automatically
- Has a natural conversation based on your campaign goal
- Qualifies or logs the outcome of each call
- Sends a summary and next steps to your team
- Updates your CRM or connected tool with the result
