This page explains exactly what happens from the moment you launch a campaign to the moment your team gets the results — step by step, in simple terms.

Step 1 — You Launch the Campaign

You set up your campaign with:

  • The contacts you want to call
  • The AI agent that will make the calls
  • The language and schedule

Once you click Launch, HuskyVoice.AI takes over.


Step 2 — The AI Calls Each Contact

Your agent automatically dials each contact on your list — one by one, or multiple at the same time depending on your plan.

  • Calls go out at the time you scheduled
  • If a contact does not answer, the agent tries again later
  • The agent introduces itself clearly so the customer knows who is calling

Step 3 — The Conversation Happens

The AI agent has a real, two-way conversation with the customer. It is not a recorded message — the customer can ask questions, respond naturally, and the agent understands and replies.

What If a Customer Does Not Answer?
