Campaign Testing
Before you run a campaign on your real contacts, always test it first. A quick test helps you catch mistakes before a real customer experiences them.
Testing a campaign has two steps — test the agent first, then test the campaign with a small list.
Step 1 — Test Your Agent
The agent is what actually talks to your customers during the campaign. Make sure it sounds right before attaching it to any campaign.
Dashboard → Agents → Your Agent → Test Call
- Open the agent you want to use for the campaign
- Click Test Call
- Enter your phone number
- The agent will call you — speak to it like a real customer would
- Check that the conversation sounds natural and correct
What to check during the test call:
- Does the agent greet correctly?
- Does it ask the right questions?
- Does it respond in the right language?
- Does the conversation end naturally?
If something is wrong, go back to the agent settings, fix the instructions, and test again.

Step 2 — Run a Small Test Campaign
Once your agent sounds right, run a test campaign with just a few contacts — use your own number or your team's numbers — before sending it to your full contact list.
Dashboard → Campaigns → New Campaign
- Create a new campaign with the same settings as your real campaign
- Import only 2 to 3 test contacts (your own number, a colleague's number)
- Launch the campaign
- Receive the calls and check how the conversation goes
- Review the call log in Dashboard → All Calls
What to Check in Your Test Campaign

| Call outcome recorded | Shows correctly in the campaign contact table |
| Call log available | Appears in Dashboard → All Calls with recording |
Fix and Re-Test
If something does not look right:
- Go back to your agent settings and update the instructions
- Or check your campaign settings — contacts, language, schedule
- Run the test campaign again with your test contacts
Keep testing until the call sounds exactly right — then launch to your full list.
