Campaign Analytics

After your campaign runs, HuskyVoice.AI shows you the result of every call — who was reached, who wasn't, and what happened in each conversation.

Where to Find Your Campaign Results

Dashboard → Campaigns → Click on your Campaign

  1. Log in to your HuskyVoice.AI dashboard
  2. Click Campaigns in the left menu
  3. Click on any campaign from the list to open it

You will see a summary at the top showing the campaign name, assigned agent, status, and total number of contacts.


Campaign Status

StatusWhat It Means
ActiveCampaign is currently running and making calls
CompletedAll contacts have been called and campaign is done
CancelledCampaign was stopped before all contacts were called
PausedCampaign is temporarily on hold

Contact Call Table

Inside each campaign, you will see a table showing every contact and how their call went:

#Contact number in the list
Phone NumberThe number that was called
NameContact's name
ContextAny extra information added for this contact
EmailContact's email if provided
Attempt CountHow many times the agent tried to call this contact
Last Attempt AtDate and time of the most recent call attempt
Completed AtDate and time the call was successfully completed
Created AtDate and time the contact was added to the campaign
StatusResult of the call — Completed or Failed

Call Status Explained

StatusWhat It Means
CompletedThe call connected and the conversation finished
FailedThe call could not be connected after all attempts

Viewing Call Logs, Recordings and Transcripts

All your campaign calls are available in one place.

Dashboard → All Calls

You will see every call listed with the date, phone number, agent name, duration, and what happened at the end of the call.

To listen to a recording or read the transcript, click Insights on any call.


Where Your Data Goes

Campaign results are automatically sent to your connected tools:

  • Google Sheets — all outcomes pushed in real time
  • CRM — contacts updated with call results
  • WhatsApp / Email — your team gets notified after every call
  • n8n / Make / Webhooks — connect to any other tool you use
