Usage Tracking
The Call Usage & Credits page shows you how many credits have been used, how many are remaining, and a full log of every call with its credit consumption.
Where to Find It
Dashboard → Billing → Call Usage & Credits
Summary Stats
At the top of the page you will see three key numbers for the selected time period:
| Stat | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Calls | Number of calls made and received in the selected period |
| Available Credits | Credits remaining in your account |
| Credits Used | Total credits consumed across the displayed calls |
Use the Last 7 Days filter to see recent usage or adjust the date range as needed.
Usage Analytics
Below the summary stats, the Usage Analytics graph shows daily call and credit usage trends over the selected period. Use this to:
- Spot high-usage days where credits were consumed quickly
- Identify patterns in call volume across the week
- Plan top-ups before credits run low
Call Logs
The Call Logs table lists every individual call with its credit usage, alongside every time credits were added to your account. It shows up to 10 entries per page.
| Column | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Date & Time | When the call happened, or when credits were added |
| Call ID | Unique identifier for the call |
| Credits Used | Number of credits consumed for that call |
| Credits Added | Credits added to your account (e.g. from a top-up or subscription renewal) |
| Expires | For added credits, the date (and time) those credits expire — see Credit Expiry below |
| Remarks | Any additional notes for that record |
| Balance | Your running credit balance as of that entry |
Credit Expiry
Credits don't stay valid forever — each time credits are added to your account, they come with an expiry date:
| Credit Source | Expires |
|---|---|
| Monthly subscription credits | At the end of the billing cycle they were granted for (1 month) |
| Top-up / purchased credits | 3 months from the date they were added |
| Bonus or promotional credits | 3 months from the date they were added |
You can see exactly when a given batch of credits expires in the Expires column of the Call Logs table above. If you have credits from more than one source (for example, leftover subscription credits plus a recent top-up), the credits closest to expiring are always used first — so you get the most value out of every credit before it expires.
If credits expire unused, they're simply removed from your balance — there's no charge or penalty, and it doesn't affect any credits you've added since.
How Credits Are Consumed
Credits are consumed for every call your agent makes or receives:
- Outbound calls — credits consumed from the moment the call connects
- Inbound calls — credits consumed for the duration of the call
- Real-time translation — credits shared across translation usage
Calls are billed in increments based on your plan:
| Plan | Billing Increment |
|---|---|
| Base | 60-second increments |
| Professional | 30-second increments |
| Enterprise | Custom |
Running Low on Credits
If your available credits are low, you can top up at any time without waiting for your next billing cycle.
