Billing Troubleshooting

This page covers common billing issues and how to resolve them.


Payment Failed

What happened: Your Razorpay payment did not go through while topping up credits.

What to do:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Top Up Credits
  2. Retry the payment via Razorpay
  3. Try a different payment method (UPI, card, or net banking)
  4. If the issue continues, contact your bank or reach out to HuskyVoice.AI support

Credits Ran Out Unexpectedly

What happened: Your voice credits were consumed faster than expected.

What to do:

  • Go to Dashboard → Billing to check your usage
  • Review your recent campaigns — a high-volume campaign can consume credits quickly
  • Purchase top-up credits to continue without waiting for your next billing cycle
  • Consider upgrading to the Professional plan for more included credits

Charged Incorrectly

What happened: The amount on your invoice does not match what you expected.

What to do:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing → Invoices
  2. Review the invoice details — check for any top-up purchases in that period
  3. If the charge still looks wrong, contact HuskyVoice.AI support with your invoice number

Invoice Not Received

What happened: You did not receive your invoice by email.

What to do:

  1. Check your spam or promotions folder
  2. Log in and download the invoice directly from Dashboard → Billing → Invoices
  3. If you need the invoice sent to a different email, contact support

Cannot Access Billing Settings

What happened: The Billing section is not visible or accessible.

What to do:

  • Only Superadmins can access billing settings — check your role with your workspace admin
  • See Roles & Access for a full breakdown of permissions
