Subscription Management

You can view your current plan, upgrade to a higher plan, or manage your subscription from the billing settings.

Where to Find It

Dashboard → Billing


Your Current Plan

Your active plan and next billing date are shown at the top of the Billing page. You can see:

  • Plan name (Base, Professional, or Enterprise)
  • Billing cycle start and end dates
  • Credits included and remaining

Upgrading Your Plan

If you need more credits or concurrent calls, you can upgrade at any time:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to
  4. Confirm the change

Your new plan takes effect immediately and you are billed the new amount at your next billing cycle.


Purchasing Top-Up Credits

If you run out of credits before your next billing cycle:

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Click Top Up Credits
  3. Select the credit amount you want to add
  4. Complete the payment via Razorpay

Top-up credits are added instantly and do not affect your monthly plan or billing cycle.


Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, contact the HuskyVoice.AI support team:

Dashboard → Help → Contact Support

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
