HuskyVoice.AI can book appointments for your customers automatically during a call. The AI agent talks to the customer, finds a suitable time, confirms it, and logs the appointment — all without any manual work from your team.
How Appointments Can Be Booked
There are two ways to book an appointment in HuskyVoice.AI:

|---|---|
| Via Call (AI Agent) | Customer calls, the AI agent has the conversation and books the appointment automatically |
| Manually | Your team books the appointment directly from the dashboard |
Both methods create the appointment in the same calendar and send the same WhatsApp notification to the customer.
What Happens After Booking
Appointment is booked (via call or manually)

Appointment appears in your Calendar
↓
WhatsApp notification sent to the customer
with appointment type, date, and time
↓
Customer has all details on their phone
What You Can See in Appointments
Dashboard → Appointments
Your appointments are shown in two views:
- Calendar view — see all appointments laid out on a calendar by date
- Table view — see all appointments listed with full details
Batch View
You can also view appointments in batches — filter by a specific date or date range to see:
- How many slots are booked
- How many slots are still available
You can customise the date range to check any time period you need.
All appointment data is pulled from your Appointment Settings — make sure your availability, services, and booking rules are set up correctly before going live.
