Calendar Integration
All appointments booked by your AI agent appear in the Appointments section. You can view them in a calendar or a table, and filter by date to see slot availability.
Where to Find Your Appointments

Calendar View
The calendar view shows all your booked appointments laid out by date — so you can see at a glance which days are busy and which have open slots.
- Click on any day to see appointments booked for that date
- Each appointment shows the customer name, time, and appointment type
Both agent-booked and manually booked appointments appear here in the same calendar.
Table View
The table view lists every appointment with full details:

| Customer Name | Name of the person who booked |
| Phone Number | Customer's phone number |
| Appointment Type | Type of service booked |
| Date & Time | When the appointment is scheduled |
| Branch | Which branch the appointment is at |
| Status | Booked, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled |
Batch View — Slots Booked vs Available
You can view appointments in batches to see how many slots are filled and how many are still open for any date or range:
- Go to Dashboard → Appointments
- Select the date or date range you want to check
- You will see:
- Slots Booked — how many appointments are confirmed
- Slots Available — how many slots are still open
You can customise the date range to check today, this week, this month, or any custom period.
Where Slot Data Comes From
Availability and slot data is pulled from your Appointment Settings:
- Availability sets your working hours and open dates
- Time Slots defines how long each appointment is
- Booking Rules controls how far in advance bookings can be made
