Appointment Reminders
HuskyVoice.AI automatically sends reminders to customers before their appointment — so they don't forget and your no-show rate drops.
How Reminders Work
After an appointment is booked, HuskyVoice.AI can:
- Call the customer before the appointment to remind them
- Send a WhatsApp message with the appointment details
- Send an email confirmation with the date and time
All of this happens automatically — no manual action from your team.
Types of Reminders
| Reminder Type | When It Goes Out |
|---|---|
| Booking Confirmation | Immediately after the appointment is booked |
| Pre-appointment Call | A set time before the appointment (e.g. 1 day) |
| WhatsApp Reminder | Sent at the configured time before appointment |
| Email Reminder | Sent at the configured time before appointment |
Setting Up Reminders
Reminders are configured in Notification Settings:
Dashboard → Appointment Notification Settings
You can set:
- When reminders go out (e.g. 24 hours before, 1 hour before)
- Which channels to use — call, WhatsApp, email
- The message content for each reminder
Missed Appointment Callbacks
If a customer does not show up, HuskyVoice.AI can automatically call them back to reschedule:
- The agent calls the customer after the missed appointment
- Offers to rebook at a new time
- Logs the outcome in your dashboard
