Transcripts

Every call handled by your AI agent is automatically transcribed — word for word. You can read exactly what was said during any call, without having to listen to the full recording.

Where to Find Transcripts

Dashboard → All Calls → Select a Call → Insights

  1. Go to Dashboard → All Calls
  2. Find the call you want to review
  3. Click Insights on that call row
  4. The transcript is available alongside the recording

What the Transcript Shows

  • Full word-for-word conversation between the agent and the customer
  • Who said what — agent vs customer lines are clearly shown
  • Timestamps for each part of the conversation
  • Language the conversation was in (including Hinglish and regional languages)

AI Summary and Next Steps

Along with the transcript, every call also shows:

  • AI Call Summary — a short paragraph summarising the key points of the call
  • Next Steps — specific actions your team should take based on the conversation
  • Key Data Points — details automatically extracted (e.g. customer name, intent, urgency, appointment type)
