Lead Quality Metrics
Lead Quality Metrics show you how your leads are progressing through your pipeline. Each contact has a status that reflects where they are — so your team always knows who needs attention and who is ready to convert.

What Good Lead Quality Looks Like
If most of your leads are staying at New or moving to Closed-Lost, consider:
- Reviewing the campaign target list — are you calling the right people?
- Updating the agent's qualification questions — are they asking the right things?
- Adjusting the campaign message — does it match what the customer needs?
