Conversion Tracking

Conversion tracking shows you how many calls resulted in a meaningful outcome — an appointment booked, a lead qualified, or a follow-up action taken. This helps you understand how well your AI agent is converting calls into results.

Where to Find It

Dashboard → All Calls and Dashboard → Campaigns → Your Campaign

What Counts as a Conversion

A conversion depends on your campaign goal:

Campaign TypeWhat a Conversion Looks Like
Appointment BookingCustomer books an appointment
Lead QualificationLead status updated to Qualified or higher
Follow-Up CampaignCustomer agrees to a callback or next step
ReactivationDormant lead re-engages

How to Track Conversions

In All Calls

  1. Go to Dashboard → All Calls
  2. Open any call and click Insights
  3. Check the AI Call Summary and Next Steps to see if the call resulted in an action

In Campaigns

  1. Go to Dashboard → Campaigns
  2. Open a campaign
  3. Check the contact table — each contact shows their call status (Completed or Failed)
  4. Open individual contacts to see the full outcome

Lead Conversion by Status

After your agent calls a lead, the status reflects where they are in the pipeline:

StatusWhat It Means for Conversion
QualifiedShowed interest — ready for follow-up
Demo ScheduledHigh intent — demo booked, close to converting
In EvaluationConsidering your offer — needs a nudge
ContractedAgreement in place — conversion imminent
Closed-WonSuccessfully converted
Closed-LostDid not convert — consider a reactivation campaign
NurtureNot ready now — keep warm for later

Focus your team's follow-up effort on Qualified and Demo Scheduled leads first for the best conversion rate.

Sending Conversion Data to Your CRM

All call outcomes and lead classifications are automatically pushed to your connected CRM or Google Sheets after every call — so your sales team always has up-to-date conversion data.

Go to Dashboard → Integrations to set this up.
