Call Recordings

Every call handled by your AI agent is recorded automatically. You can listen to any recording directly from the dashboard to review conversations, check quality, or resolve disputes.

Where to Find Recordings

Dashboard → All Calls → Select a Call → Insights

  1. Go to Dashboard → All Calls
  2. Find the call you want to review
  3. Click Insights on that call row
  4. The recording will be available to play

What Is Recorded

  • Every inbound call (customers calling your number)
  • Every outbound call (agent calling customers from campaigns)
  • Both completed and partially completed calls

How Long Recordings Are Stored

Once the retention period ends, recordings are deleted automatically.


What Else Is Available With Each Recording

When you open a recording via Insights, you also get:

  • Full transcript — word-for-word record of the conversation
  • AI call summary — short summary of what the call was about
  • Next steps — actions your team should take
  • Key data points — details extracted from the conversation
