Call Analytics
Call Analytics shows you data about every call your AI agent has made or received — how many calls went out, how many connected, how long they lasted, and what happened.

What You Can See
Call Volume
- Total number of calls made and received
- Calls filtered by date — today, 7 days, 30 days, or custom range
- Inbound vs outbound call breakdown
Call Outcomes
Every call is logged with a result:
| Outcome | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Completed | Call connected and conversation finished |
| Failed | Call could not connect |
| Participant Disconnected | Customer ended the call before completion |
Call Duration
- How long each call lasted
- Filter by duration to find short or long calls
Call Details per Record
For every call you can see:
| Detail | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Call Time | Date and time the call was made |
| Call From | Number that made the call |
| Call To | Number that was called |
| Duration | How long the call lasted |
| Agent | Which AI agent handled the call |
| Direction | Inbound or Outbound |
| Call Disposition | What happened at the end of the call |
Filtering Calls
Use the filters at the top of All Calls to narrow down:
- Date — today, 7 days, 30 days, all, or custom
- Direction — inbound or outbound
- Agent — filter by a specific agent
- Duration — filter by call length
