Agent Performance
Agent Performance shows you how well each of your AI agents is handling calls — how many calls they took, how many were completed, and what outcomes were generated.
Where to Find It
Dashboard → All Calls → Filter by Agent
You can filter the All Calls view by agent to see all calls handled by a specific agent.
What to Look At Per Agent
| Metric | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
| Total Calls | How many calls this agent handled |
| Completed Calls | How many conversations finished successfully |
| Failed Calls | How many calls did not connect |
| Inbound vs Outbound | Breakdown of call direction for this agent |
| Call Duration | Average call length — shorter may mean issues |
| Lead Outcomes | Lead status breakdown — Qualified, Demo Scheduled, Closed-Won, Closed-Lost, etc. |
| Appointments Booked | How many appointments the agent booked |
How to Compare Agents
If you have multiple agents, filter the All Calls view for each agent separately and compare:
- Which agent has more completed calls
- Which agent books more appointments
- Which agent moves more leads to Qualified or Closed-Won
Improving Agent Performance
If an agent is not performing well:
- Go to Dashboard → Agents → Your Agent → Settings
- Review the agent's instructions and prompts — vague instructions lead to poor conversations
- Use Test Call to simulate a real conversation and check the agent's responses
- Update the instructions and test again
See Agent Testing for a full guide.
