Create Agent

An agent is your AI-powered voice assistant that handles calls on behalf of your business — answering customers, booking appointments, and collecting information automatically.

Creating one in HuskyVoice AI is quick. Follow the steps below to get started.

Before you begin​

Make sure you have:

  • Access to your HuskyVoice AI dashboard
  • A clear idea of what you want the agent to do — answer calls, make calls, book appointments, qualify leads, or a combination

Steps to create an agent​

  1. Log in to your HuskyVoice AI dashboard.
  2. Click Agents in the left menu.
  3. Click Create Agent.
  4. Enter a name for your agent — something that helps you identify it, like Reception Agent or Sales Bot.
  5. Select the agent type — Inbound if it will answer calls, Outbound if it will make calls.
  6. Choose a voice that suits your business — you can listen to samples before picking one.
  7. Click Save.

That's it — your agent is created. You'll see it appear in the Agents list, ready to be configured. The next step is to configure it so it knows how to behave on calls.
