Call Concurrency
Concurrency governs the number of independent, active voice sessions running at any given time across your account.
Technical Constraints
1. Account-Wide Concurrency
Concurrent call limits are enforced at the plan level and apply across all Agents, Campaigns, and API-triggered sessions within your organization.
| Plan | Concurrent Calls |
|---|---|
| Trial | Not allowed |
| Base | 1 |
| Professional | 4 |
| Enterprise | Customizable |
Trial accounts cannot initiate calls. Upgrade to a paid plan to enable voice sessions.
2. Campaign Pacing
When running high-volume outbound campaigns, the HuskyVoice engine applies a pacing rate to ensure telephony stability:
- Max Start Rate: 10 new calls triggered per minute.
- Queuing: If your concurrency limit is reached, subsequent calls are stayed in a
pendingstate and triggered sequentially as active calls conclude.
Regional Compliance
Outbound Working Hours
To comply with local telephony regulations (e.g., TRAI in India), outbound campaigns are only permitted within the following window:
- 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Local Time)
Calls scheduled outside this window will be automatically queued until the next available window opens.
HuskyVoice automatically filters numbers registered on Global Do Not Disturb (DND) registries. Any attempts to call these numbers will result in a call.disallowed event.
